Watching Paint Dry
The past few weeks I have been awaiting an answer from Texas A&M University, as to whether I will start classes in the Fall. I recently graduated from TVCC with my Associates of Arts in Psychology. I thought the next step was my bachelors degree, but apparently I am not UTD material. I never truly wanted to go to UTD, it was just another option. That’s not the point though. After facing a rejection from them, I am even more anxious to hear back from A&M. I would still have my 4.0 GPA if it weren’t for a 5 year old F on my transcript from not attending class when I was supposed to. The only grade below a B. I retook the class last year, but am still paying for that one . I have limited options when it comes to Universities because of my location, and the fact that I need to complete it online. My only hope is to pray that A&M is really as easy to get into as everyone says. As soon as my other transcript goes through, I will know. Here’s to watching paint dry agonizingly slow.
